The lifelong impact of a meaningful teacher can not be overstated, but it can be commemorated. On DEAR CAMILLA, violinist Patrick Galvin pays tribute to his former teacher, Camilia Wicks, with a program of repertoire for violin and piano. Galvin and pianist Jennifer Hou navigate works by Sibelius, Chopin, Sarasate, Chausson, Pärt, and Beach with aplomb in a meaningful tip of the hat to an educator whose influence changed a life.
