With the pianist Bernhard Parz she has now made the world premiere recording of the entire works for cello and piano by the Swiss late romantic composer Émile Jaques-Dalcroze (1865-1950). The valuable and expressive works testify to great originality and esprit. He is considered the founder of rhythmic-musical education. While his pedagogical methods have spread worldwide and institutes around the world have dedicated themselves to them, his compositional work has remained largely undiscovered. The album will be released by the label Tyxart. |
